Dual-colour latex power band loops for assisted pull-ups, mobility, stretching and progressive resistance training. Each continuous loop is 2080mm long x 4.5mm thick, with width increasing by resistance from 13mm to 64mm.
How to train with it
Made from natural rubber latex with the latex protein denatured and a hypoallergenic coating applied. If you have a known latex allergy, check with your health professional before use. Anchor the band securely before loading it, keep it clear of your face and eyes, and check it for wear before each session.

Resistance levels
Five colour coded levels cover the full range:
- Ultra Light: 2.3 to 6.8 kg, for warm ups and rehabilitation
- Light: 11.4 to 22.7 kg, for muscle activation and assistance work
- Medium: 22.7 to 34.1 kg, for assisted pull ups and general training
- Heavy: 45.4 to 54.5 kg, for power training and advanced users
- Ultimate: 54.5 to 79.5 kg, for professional strength and maximum resistance
Each band is 100 cm long unstretched and 2.8 cm wide, made from 100% premium natural latex and rated to stretch to twice its resting length. For assisted pull ups, the thicker the band, the greater the assistance.
