Individual 1.2m resistance tube with handles for upper- and lower-body strengthening, rehabilitation and progressive resistance training. Tube dimensions vary by resistance: Ultra Light 4 x 7mm, Light 4 x 9mm, Medium 6 x 11mm, Heavy 6 x 13mm and Ultimate 6 x 13.8mm.
How to train with it
Made from natural rubber latex with the latex protein denatured and a hypoallergenic coating applied. If you have a known latex allergy, check with your health professional before use. Anchor the tube securely before loading it and check the tube, cord and anchor for wear before each session.
The tube comes with educational content covering more than 40 exercises, and video guides are in the education library.

Resistance levels
Five colour coded levels cover the full range:
- 01 Ultra Light: 2.2 kg, for recovery, injury prevention and mobility
- 02 Light: 5.5 kg, for muscle tone and range of motion
- 03 Medium: 7.5 kg, for strength and joint stability
- 04 Heavy: 12.4 kg, for added strength and muscle growth
- 05 Ultimate: 14.9 kg, for athletic training and body sculpting
Each tube measures 120 cm, carries a built-in inner safety cord and ships with 1 door anchor.

The latex hybrid
A first of its kind treatment developed by GoLevita. The natural latex protein is denatured during manufacture, then a hypoallergenic, UV protective coating is applied over the tube.
The result is a latex hybrid built to enhance tube life and support safe clinical applications, with UV Guard protection indoors and out.
The inner safety cord
Every tube carries a built-in inner safety cord that prevents overstretching or snapping. Load it with confidence through presses, rows and pulls, knowing the tube is protected at full stretch.
