Skin clean, dry and hair-free where possible. Round the corners on every cut. Anchor first, stretch through the middle, then anchor again and smooth with the palm of your hand.

Do not apply over open wounds. Before first use, perform a small patch test on the inner forearm and monitor for skin irritation.
